"I am writing this mail to offer my sincere gratitude to you and Icomm team for the fantastic HR management system Grasim Sampark (also known as Formula HR in your lexicon). The timing of this mail may surprise you but since I will be shortly moving out from this business and since I have never formally thanked you all and I thought this is the most opportune time lest I fade away without properly expressing my appreciation for an initiative which I am privileged to be amongst the first ones to have benefitted from.

I have spoken to my team and without exception they have been unequivocal in their comments that Grasim Sampark has enabled them to speed up the delivery mechanism as far as the HR services go. The performance management system itself has been worth its weight in gold and has cut down the annual appraisal time from 90-120 days to about 15 days now. Moreover, the chances of all human error seems to have been eliminated and this in itself has been significant. The fact that the initiative was showcased as one of the top 5 group wide initiatives when we participated in the Best Employers Survey and eventually were rated as the No.1 in India is a testimony to its employee friendly and employee supportive initiative. Also, the fact that many more businesses in the Group are now looking at the various modules of the Formula HR with keen interest also underlines its simplicity of thought and depth of delivery.

We were selecting a new HR technology platform.
